- Brand new pinblock, full fit installation as per original Steinway construction
- Brand new soundboard, sitka spruce with sugar pine ribs, as per original Steinway construction
- Recapped bridges, expertly notched and pinned for superior sound transmission and string termination
- Re-guilding the gold cast iron plate

- Complete action rebuilding, including all new Renner parts and Renner Premium Blue Hammers
- Complete damper action replacement, all new damper felts, damper heads refinished, damper wires polished, damper guide rails rebushed

- Several tunings in shop before delivery to facilitate string stretching, one tuning upon delivery to customer home
